The Challenge: Week 2

It is week two of the challenge to read a Proverb a day. I must say, I am really enjoying it. I know sometimes there can be weird terminology, but there is an underlying theme in all of this: a wise person will prosper in God's kingdom and the foolish will die on earth. There was a verse I really liked and camped on for a bit; it's found in Proverbs 12:18

The words of the reckless pierce like swords,

but the tongue of the wise brings healing.

I love all of chapter 12, but this verse stuck out to me cause sometimes people can say the most hurtful things. In those times, I go to my friends who are wise and they bring healing to my hurt heart. Hope you guys are enjoying this challenge, keep up the fight!
